REGISTER AND LOG IN

– To earn CubePoint, you need to be a member of CubeBik Loyalty Program. Here are two ways to Sign up for an account:

Click HERE.
Use the Rewards Launcher at CubeBik’s bottom left corner, then click “Sign Up”.

– Upon joining you will receive a welcome email as well as an automatically generated password. Please log in to the Sign Up page again to change the password and continue your shopping journey.

**Please remember to use that Account when placing order otherwise you will not earn any points in respect of that purchase.

– Each member may only have one Membership Account. Points of the CubeBik Loyalty Program are not transferable.

Log In

– If you already have an account, please go to “My Account,” enter your email address and password, and then click “LOG IN”.

– In case you can’t remember your password and would like to create a new one, please click “Lost your password”, then enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. Otherwise, you are still able to log in by clicking the button “Login Without Password”.

EARNING CUBEPOINTS

To view the current allocation of CubePoints please log into your Account or check your Rewards Launcher.

– Earn 50 CubePoints when signing up to be a member of the CubeBik Loyalty Program.

– Each time you place an order on the CubeBik website, you will earn Reward CubePoints in the equivalent ratio: $1 Spent = 1 CubePoint. Points will appear in your account, however, they will only be usable after 20 days from the purchase date.

E.g.: You place an order with the total amount of $100, then you will earn 100 CubePoints.

– Earn extra 100 CubePoints when you successfully place the 10th order on CubeBik. Points will appear in your account after 5 days from the latest purchase.

**If you cancel your order, or fail to verify an order, then no Reward Points will be awarded in respect of that order.

– CubeBik is happy to celebrate your Birthday with 200 CubePoints to make your special day, extra special!

– Earn bonus CubePoints at the entrance of higher Member tiers:

C-Buddy +50 CubePoints
C-Mate +100 CubePoints

– Like/ Share / Follow our Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest to get 25 CubePoints (For every action, you will earn 25 CubePoints)

– Leave an eligible review with photos and videos about our products to earn up to 80 CubePoints:

Write a Review +10 CubePoints
Upload a Product Photo +20 CubePoints
Upload a Product Video clip +50 CubePoints

– Earn extra points by referring CubeBik to your friends. With a successful first purchase (with a minimum spend of $25) by your friends using a referral code, you will earn 200 CubePoints. Meanwhile, your friend will get a $5 coupon for that first order on CubeBik.com.

REDEEMING YOUR CUBEPOINTS

To redeem your Reward Points, go to the Launcher at the bottom left of the page and click the “Redeem CubePoints” button, then slide the redeem bar to match the number of points you want to redeem.

The Points Redemption Ratio is: 25 CubePoints = $1 Redemption.
A minimum number of 125 CubePoints is required before redeeming an equivalently $5 coupon. The maximum amount of points you can redeem at once is 1000 ($40).

Reward points may not be redeemed for cash nor may points be transferred or directly purchased.
CubePoints can be redeemed all or partly at once depending on your preference.
You will only earn points on the remaining amount of your order after you apply any discount or rewarded coupon. The CubePoints will be calculated based on the net price of your order after applying the discount code (excluding shipping fee and TAX if any).

EXPIRY

– Reward Points that are not redeemed within 180 days will automatically expire.

– Any points you have on the date of termination of your CubeBik Loyalty Program membership will be forfeited.

– If you cancel a redemption on an order, points will instantly be allocated back to your account, if not please contact us immediately.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

CubeBik may terminate your membership of the CubeBik Loyalty Program and revoke all CubePoints accrued.

– If you have no activities on CubeBik.com in any 24-month period.

– On suspicion of fraud. At any time and without notice if CubeBik, has a reasonable belief that there is an associated risk either to CubeBik or any participating partners in your remaining as a Member.
