Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge or full / partial refund. We typically do not accept returns for Personalized Orders if it is not our fault (orders that contain custom customer’s personal information such as customer’s photos, names, texts, etc… on the final product) and due to User Errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. In those cases, please feel free to contact us to let us know and we possibly find a suitable solution for you.
Refunds / Replacement (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace / refund your order for any of the following reasons: The product is defective / flawed. The print quality is poor. The product you received differs from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at [email protected] or Live Chat with a photo of the product you received along with detailed shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge WITHOUT returning the original item or a full / partial refund based on each situation and your choice. For all other requests please email us or live chat.
In case, you no longer need the item for any reason after receiving it (not our mistake), contact our Customer Service to ask for a return, any customers who return items in original condition to our public warehouse address (or provided return address) within 30 days will receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can only be refunded partially or cannot be refunded according to specific situation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or Live Chat. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address or you can return the items directly to our warehouse address stated in the footer: 7342 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683, US. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the reason for return is “you no longer need it” or due to your errors. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you want to return an item over $75, you should consider upgrading to a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
