Zip is a “Buy Now, Pay Later” platform that allows you to buy something immediately, and pay for them in four equal installments. Zip allows you to shop just about everywhere, online and in-store. Zip gives you the flexibility to set your repayment schedule to suit your lifestyle – choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You can also pay your bills, manage your subscriptions, buy gift cards and earn rewards when you use the Zip app.
With Zip Pay a $7.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. With Zip Money, a $7.95 monthly account fee applies which is waived if you have nothing owing.
No. Zip never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using Zip.

- If you already have a Zip account, log in and complete your checkout.
- If it’s your first time shopping with Zip, you’ll need to enter some personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and home address. Please notice when entering your personal details as errors may prevent Zip from being able to verify your account or send you payment notifications.
Once approved, and you are happy with the installment schedule, Zip will take the first installment from the card you supplied when signing up.
Once accepted, your goods will be sent to you as they would with any other payment method.
- Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic installments from your selected payment method.
- At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the next due date.
- Zip is a free service when you pay on time – there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred.
- The only fees that may be incurred are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the order value.
Zip sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Zip.co or in the Zip App.
If an instalment is missed the account may fall into arrears if the contractual minimum is not paid by the payment due date, as stated in your monthly statement.
If the missed instalment(s) is not paid within 60 days from the first missed instalment all instalments will be cancelled. Without instalments, you can repay at your own pace by setting a scheduled amount and frequency via the ‘Custom schedule’ option.
Note that interest charges may apply if there is a balance remaining on purchase outside of the interest-free period. The standard interest rate as mentioned in the account contract will apply to the remaining balance, interest is accrued daily and charged at the end of the month.

Yes, the order value must be between $1 and $2000 (USD).
- It usually takes us 3-5 days for fulfillment because all the products are made-to-order.
- The shipping time will take about 5-12 business days for US Domestic orders, 10-20 business days for Canada orders, and 10-25 business days for International orders (anywhere else).
- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can take up to a month. We always try our best to deliver your products as quickly as we can.
- Once Zip has approved an order, the customer cannot change the order details or add items to the order on their own.
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please immediately contact the CubeBik Customer Success Team. We will review your request and make applicable adjustments if possible.
- An order can only be changed or canceled if you contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
Zip splits the approved-purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks.

- Zip Pay provides a line of credit up to $1,000, always interest free. Zip Money is a line of credit for amounts over $1,000.

If you return goods to a retailer and they agree to a refund, your Zip account will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit.

You can request to move a payment date moved by contacting
[email protected]. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected. If you miss a payment, as long as they pay within 7 days of the payment date they won’t be charged a late fee.
QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay’s automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether you are approved and what spending limit Quadpay can provide. QuadPay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you don’t have this available, your order won’t go through. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, there is a good chance that you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer. If you have multiple orders that are not fully paid off with QuadPay, it can help to pay off orders in advance. This can sometimes increase the amount you can spend. QuadPay also looks at the total value of the order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits.
For initial sign-up, Zip only needs your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that, you only need to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through Zip. Zip is completely secure.

- Please note that refunds for Zip orders will be made from CubeBik to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide a cash refund for any Zip transaction, and cannot exchange the order if the product is flawless. Please rest assured that replacements are still applied for defective orders.

Zip will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Pay In 4 purchase from the card you entered when you signed up to Zip.
If your scheduled payment fails then, please make a payment towards the overdue amount as soon as possible. If you do not pay the minimum payment each month, Zip may apply a late fee of $25 after 21 days.
Please refer to your contract to determine the exact amount due each month. Long term this may also have an effect on your credit score.
Payments are automatically scheduled to be taken every 2 weeks.
You’ll pay 25% of your full purchase upfront, then 25% every 2 weeks for the next 6 weeks.
Zip will try to take payment during the day and try again if unsuccessful. If this fails, or if you’d like to make a payment earlier, you can log into your Zip customer portal and manually make a payment.
